I've been looking for this CD everywhere, but have not been successful in finding it. I've seen photos of the demo that I know are real, but does this CD even actually exist? The only photos of the CD I've ever seen are of the front cover, there's no barcode or serial number or images of the entire CD case or tracklist anywhere. It supposedly was released in 2005 on CD before it was released digitally, in a limited edition of only 500 copies. However, I have not found a single person that offers it, or any photos other than that same one of the front.
